Dear Julie, thank you for this comment! Kindly note that the Anti-shock System has been developed to make the treatment comfortable during use. Therefore depending on your sensitivity, you may feel a slight tingling sensation to nothing at all. Some people may feel the tingling sensation when using the device near their hairline as the skin and muscle mass are thinner here whilst some people may not feel it at all. This is all down to personal skin reactions to the treatment so I would like to assure you that it is completely normal that some people feel something and some people don't. Please bear in mind that your BEAR™ is intended to be used with a water-based serum. This will help the microcurrents to penetrate the epidermis to reach the muscle therefore you should not feel a thing when the treatment is performing. However, it is not recommended that you use oil-based serum, or any creams as a conductor. Oil-based serums and creams will not react well with the BEAR™. This might have been your case. Also, please note that the indicator light will remain lit up if both spheres are not touching your skin at the same time. So, please make sure that you are using your device with enough serum and that both spheres are touching your skin simultaneously. When this light turns off, it means that you are using the device correctly.
