Hi
I have UFO 2 and it worked for 2 days, but for some reason now I can't activate any masks? When I want to start the treatment the app closes and I don't get the option to scan my mask? Actually it never gave me an option to scan the mask. I followed the set up and register. It only works when I choose a manual set up?
Can you please advise,?
Also I have registered the Luna 3 plus but this shouldn't make any impact?
