Hello Lu,

Thank you for your question! The charging port is not fully waterproof, so it’s important to avoid getting water directly into it. If water accidentally enters the port, gently shake out any excess water and let the device air dry completely before charging. Do not use a hairdryer or any heat source, as this could damage the device.
