I loved my Issa toothbrush for the first 2 months. In month 3, the bristles started falling out and I inquired about the warranty and seems the brushing part of the brush is excluded from the warranty. Hard to brush your teeth with no bristles. The replacement head is nearly as much as buying a new toothbrush! Won't buy from this company again.
