Hi Tammy! The ticker bristles are dedicated for the T-zone, where the skin tends to get more oily, whereas the softer ones are for more sensitive parts of your skin :)

If you are using the device together with the application, after the treatment is done, the device should turn off by itself. But if you are using the device alone, after the whole 90 seconds round the device will continue to work for 3 minutes. To turn it off, hold the “on” button for 3 seconds
